Booking Policy - Payment Policy

Tailor-made Quote/DOOR TO MALDIVES Invoice

Our TC will send you a tailor-made personalized quote based on your preferred travel dates, indicated budget and additional information/preferences provided during first consultancy. You will receive a limited number of offers since these will be already the ones best suiting your requirements and preferences. Please note that the price mentioned in your tailor-made quote is only guaranteed at time of booking. Once you confirm one of the quotes, the booking will be processed with a booking confirmation, DOOR TO MALDIVES (D2M) pro forma invoice and payment receipt, as soon as we have received your written consent to the booking confirmation as well as the verified deposit payment. Our D2M pro forma invoice will sum up all the services you have booked and prepaid to D2M. Please note that you are required to settle any additional services (if applicable), not quoted in our D2M pro forma invoice, directly with the resort at resort's charges. Upon your arrival, our AP will hand over the original hotel/resort voucher to you.

 

Booking

Reservations/Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Upon contacting one of our TC (, telephone number: +960 330 8787) you will receive a case ID (D2M followed by X numbers) to be used as an identifying reference in the subject line of every email. A written booking confirmation will be sent to you only once we have received and verified your payment.

 

Payment Policy

To book through D2M, a non-refundable deposit of $ 1,000.00 or 10% of the booking amount – whichever is higher – is payable to ensure confirmation, with the balance due 90 days prior to arrival for peak & high season, and 60 days prior to arrival for low season. Bookings below $ 3,500.00 will require full payment in order to confirm a booking.

Please note that some resorts may impose different deposit schedules. If this is the case, your Travel Consultant will brief you accordingly.

Delayed Payments

Any payment not received by its due date will give DOOR TO MALDIVES the right to cancel the booking and retain your deposit. Bookings where the travel dates fall within 60 days after the booking confirmation date require full payment no later than 3 working days (excluding Friday & Saturday for Bank Wire and AMEX payments) following the booking confirmation date.
